What is tablescaping?

Tablescaping is an artform. Curated for stylish soirees, it is magical interplay of creatively and intentionally arranging a tabletop to convey a specific theme, mood, or experience. The elements usually involve tableware, napkins, napkin rings, accessories, props, florals and candles.

How far in advance do I need to book my party?

Since inventory is limited, reservations are on a first come, first serve basis. The sooner you book, the better chance you have of getting your desired date. We do ask that we have at least 10 day notice but check in with us, we might be available on a last minute notice!

What types of events do you cover?

We want to be part of any type of intimate events for every occasion in your life. Birthday parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, intimate weddings, baby showers, christenings, sweet sixteens, graduation parties, thanksgiving and holiday dinners.... And so on...

Can I contact you if I don’t know what collection to choose?

Please do! We would love to hear from you and offer you any additional information you may require before you book. Just contact us and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Can I mix and match pieces from different designs?

The collections are not customizable, meaning that you cannot substitute (for example) the wine glasses from one collection with others from another collection.

Can I purchase items instead of renting?

Not at the moment. However, we will be providing the items for sale in the future.

Can I customize a different set up that is not on your website?

We can create a custom set up for you at an additional fee if you have something else in mind or a different theme. Get in touch with us!

What if I’m located outside Dubai?

If you are located outside Dubai, there will be an additional delivery fee.

Will you be adding new looks?

We will be adding new tablescaping looks every month to give our party enthusiasts a larger catalogue of various tablescapes to choose from. We will also be adding more services in 2021.

Can I modify my order?

i. Orders can be modified up to ten (10) days prior to a scheduled delivery date. Please keep in mind that flowers are subject to availability.

ii. Any modifications would need to be made via email to us at hello@pickaparty.ae.

iii. Pick A Party reserves the right to accept or decline the change depending availability of the items. We will always do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your rental order subject to the following cancellation fees and policies:

i. Any order cancellations made fourteen (14) or more days in advance of the delivery date will result in a full refund in the form of your original payment.

ii. Any order cancellations less than fourteen (14) days but more than seven ( 7) days in advance of the delivery date will not receive a refund, but will receive a credit to your Pick A Party account in the form of a promo code or gift card that may be applied to any future Pick A Party rental, minus a 10% restocking fee.

iii. If you cancel seven (7) or fewer days before your party date, we are unable to offer a refund or any Pick A Party account credit.

When will my credit card be charged for my rental?

Immediately.

Do I have to wash the pieces after my event?

All you have to do is rinse off your tableware, glasses and crockery to ensure they are free of liquid and debris. Please do not use our products in the dishwasher or microwave.

What If my order arrives with broken items?

At the time of delivery, items will be provided in good condition. If any of the items is broken by our team during set up, we will replace it at that time at no additional cost. However, if an items gets broken or damaged after inspection or during the course of the event, Pick A Party will have no responsibility to bring/send replacements free of charge and will have to deduct the damages from the security deposit.

How long is the rental period?

Your rental will be for one day/night: The day of the event, and it will be collected post event or the following morning after the event.

Do you accommodate last minute orders?

Absolutely. Please contact us to check on the availability of the collection you are interested in. Please note that same-day delivery is subject to a rush delivery fee.
