Pick A Party takes pride in creating the ideal curated experience for all our customers. Special care and attention to detail is taken to ensure your order arrives on time and as expected. It is our desire that all Pick A Party customers be completely satisfied with their rentals or purchases.

RENTALS

The following additional conditions apply to the rental of any Pick A Party Product.

Rental Fee

The rental fee (“Rental fee”) for the Product will be the total of the rental fee and delivery charges listed on the Site for your rental of the Product. When you place an order for a Product, you hereby authorize Pick A Party to charge your payment card for the Rental Fee. Pick A Party will charge your payment card immediately upon order, regardless of how far in advance that Product is reserved. In addition, you hereby authorize Pick A Party to charge your payment card for an amount equal to, but not in excess of 200% of the original retail value of the product in the event of non-returned or damage beyond repair. Rental Fees exclude VAT, all of which shall be paid by you directly or, if paid by Pick A Party, shall be paid by you to Pick A Party in connection with your order.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your rental order subject to the following cancellation fees and policies:

i. Any order cancellations made fourteen (14) or more days in advance of the delivery date will result in a full refund in the form of your original payment.

ii. Any order cancellations less than fourteen (14) days but more than seven ( 7) days in advance of the delivery date will not receive a refund, but will receive a credit to your Pick A Party account in the form of a promo code or gift card that may be applied to any future Pick A Party rental, minus a 10% restocking fee.

iii. If you cancel seven (7) or fewer days before your party date, we are unable to offer a refund or any Pick A Party account credit.

Date, Theme or Product - Change Policy

i. Orders can be modified up to ten (10) days prior to a scheduled delivery date. Please keep in mind that flowers are subject to availability.

ii. Any modifications would need to be made via email to us at hello@pickaparty.ae.

iii. Pick A Party reserves the right to accept or decline the change depending availability of the items. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Receipt of the Products

Upon delivery, you bear responsibility for the Products. Pick A Party does not bear liability for Products left unattended in an unsecure delivery location. You agree to provide a safe delivery address upon confirmation of your order. In the event that an incorrect delivery address is provided, Pick A Party does not maintain liability for items lost or stolen. You acknowledge that “unsecure or incorrect delivery address” refers to (but it not limited to) locations where Pick A Party Products can be left unattended for extended periods of time.

In addition, Pick A Party does not maintain liability for delays or loss associated with failure to provide the right delivery address. Upon delivery, please confirm all items are received before our delivery team leaves. In the event of any damaged or missing items, notify delivery team on site immediately before they
leave. Any notification of missing items once they leave will not be accepted once the Pick A Party team leaves the delivery site.

Use of the Products

By renting Products from Pick A Party you agree that it is for a legitimate purpose and not to engage in unfair and/or illegal business activities or competition. You agree to treat the Products with great care, You are responsible for loss, destruction, or damage to the Products for any reason other than normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear includes but is not limited to minor stains, scratches, or other minor damage of up to 3 units in a set up as determined by Pick A Party . You acknowledge that what constitutes as minor damage is at the sole discretion of Pick A Party. If you return a Product damaged beyond normal wear and tear, then you agree to be charged for the price of repairing or replacing the Product, up to the Retail Value of the Product.

Third Party Handling

In the case where a third party, including, but not limited to, a caterer, venue, or other third party handles the Products, it is the sole responsibility of the Agreement holder (you) to ensure that all unpacking, cleaning, repacking and return shipping instructions are followed as outlined in the Terms and Conditions. You assume any and all liability for damage, missing items, and any and all costs incurred due to a failure to follow the specifics of the Terms and Conditions that result from the actions of third parties who handle the Products.

Correct Products

Subject to availability, we will deliver the Products you ordered, including the specified size, color and design, on or before the delivery date for which you ordered them, except in the rare event that the Product is damaged beyond repair or there is an occurrence subsequent to the placing of the order that prevents timely delivery. In such event, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you that the Product is unavailable. If we are able to reach you, you will be entitled to choose any available rental Product to replace the unavailable Product. If we are unable to reach you, you acknowledge and agree that we may send you a reasonable substitution replacement product of the same or greater value. Products may appear different in color and style than as displayed on the Site.

Clean and Ready to Use

The Products will be professionally cleaned and delivered ready to use. Pick A Party cleans and inspects each Product with the utmost care, but use of the Product is at your own risk and Social Studies shall not be held liable for any health-related complaints associated with any Product.
